Should you test?
Common signs worth taking seriously
You do not need every symptom on this list. Two or three is already a good reason to take the free screening test.

Is a home sleep test as good as a lab study?
For most adults with suspected obstructive sleep apnea, a home test gives the information needed to decide on treatment — and you sleep in your normal environment, which often reflects a typical night better than a lab.
How long until I get results?
Typically within a few days of returning the device. We contact you as soon as the report is ready and go through it with you.
Is it uncomfortable to wear?
It is a small recorder with a finger sensor and a soft strap. Most people forget it is there after a few minutes.
What happens if the test is positive?
We explain your options, including CPAP therapy. If a machine is appropriate, we help with the prescription pathway and fit the equipment for you.
Do I need a referral?
