What you pay after a trial

The $240 mask and $360 deposit are both offset against the purchase price, so the balance after a 5-night trial is:

    • AirSense 11 bundle: $2,068 − $600 = $1,468 remaining
    • AirSense 10 bundle: $1,868 − $600 = $1,268 remaining

Rent or buy — which is cheaper?

Rental is the cheaper way to start therapy, but it crosses over quickly. On the AirSense 11 three-month plan you pay $255 for three months of therapy; if you then buy, that $255 plus your mask and deposit all come off the purchase price. Beyond three months, buying is the lower total cost for anyone using CPAP nightly.

Rent if you are still deciding, travelling, or waiting on a diagnosis. Buy if a sleep study has already confirmed obstructive sleep apnea.

    FAQ

CPAP price questions we get every week

How much does a CPAP machine cost in Singapore?

At Comooz, a ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet is $1,680 nett and an AirSense 11 AutoSet is $1,880 nett. With a mask included the bundles are $1,868 and $2,068. Those are final prices — delivery, setup, mask fitting and follow-up are free, and the current $150 discount is already applied.

Why do CPAP prices vary so much between suppliers in Singapore?

Most price differences come from three things: whether the machine is auto-adjusting (APAP) or fixed pressure, whether a mask and humidifier are bundled in, and whether setup, fitting and follow-up are charged separately. Compare the total nett cost of machine plus mask plus setup, not the headline machine price.

How much is a CPAP mask on its own?

A new ResMed mask is $240, whichever style you choose — nasal, nasal pillow or full face. In a machine bundle the mask is $188 instead.

Can I try a CPAP machine before paying full price?

Yes. A 5-night home trial costs $240 for a new mask you keep plus a $360 refundable deposit. If you go ahead and buy, the full $600 is offset against the purchase price, so an AirSense 11 bundle leaves $1,468 to pay and an AirSense 10 bundle leaves $1,268.

Is renting cheaper than buying a CPAP machine?

Renting is cheaper up front — from $50 a month on the AirSense 10 three-month plan — but buying is cheaper beyond roughly six months of therapy. Because rental paid in the first three months is offset against the purchase price, most people rent first and convert without losing money.

Are CPAP machines claimable under MediSave or insurance in Singapore?

CPAP equipment bought from a retailer is generally paid out of pocket, and MediSave does not cover it. Some employer or private insurance plans reimburse durable medical equipment with a doctor's diagnosis and receipt — we issue a proper tax invoice with the device details so you can submit a claim.

Do you match a lower price?

Yes. Send us a current advertised price for the same brand-new genuine ResMed model from another authorised retailer in Singapore and we will match it.

    Insurance & financing

What is claimable, what is not, and the paperwork we provide so you can submit a claim.

Can I claim CPAP or a sleep study through an Integrated Shield Plan?

Sleep studies and CPAP therapy ordered by a specialist may be reimbursable under private hospital Integrated Shield Plan riders, including AIA, Great Eastern, Prudential, Singlife and HSBC Life, subject to each insurer's terms. Reimbursement generally requires a specialist diagnosis, a prescription memo and an itemised tax invoice — we issue an invoice with the device model and serial number so you can submit a claim.

Can MediSave be used for CPAP machines?

Under current MOH guidelines MediSave does not cover retail purchases of CPAP machines or masks, so equipment bought from a distributor is paid out of pocket. Many corporate, employer and private health insurance plans do reimburse durable medical equipment with a diagnosis and receipt, and we can supply the supporting documents your insurer asks for.

    Is a doctor prescription provided?

Yes. Comooz works with partnering ENT and GP specialists in Singapore who can review your sleep study and issue a prescription or claims memo. If you already have a report from another clinic or hospital, our sleep physician pathway reviews it so you can start therapy without repeating the test.

Coverage depends on your policy, rider and diagnosis. Comooz is a registered Singapore medical device distributor (Wellderly Private Limited, UEN 201808754M).

Want a written quote for your exact setup?
